National flag hoisted upside down at Kashmir BJP office

The Kashmir unit of BJP today celebrated Independence Day at its headquarters here, but hoisted the national flag upside down, a "mistake" the party soon regretted.
BJP workers led by spokesman Khalid Jehangir hoisted the tricolour at the Rajbagh office of the party.
