West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee has refused to accept the Election Commission's order to transfer a DM and five SPs. A meeting is on right now to discuss the matter.  The WB CM has she is prepared to be arrested. Banerjee accused the EC of playing into the hands of Congress and BJP.
