Just in: A new coal policy has been approved, which means coal blocks can finally be auctioned. The cabinet committee on economic affairs (CCEA) which adopted and approved the policy can now auction at least four coal blocks with nearly 2,000 million tonnes of estimates reserves before December, a senior coal ministry official said.
