Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav says he smells a conspiracy in the Muzaffarnagar riots. He says the administration controlled the riots in two days and as per reports he has been given, the death toll is 36. He claimed security forces and the administration handled the situation effectively, but there were communal forces trying to create disturbances.
