Bangladesh today condoled the death of legendary singer Manna Dey, whose versatile voice charmed generations of listeners across boundaries in the Indian subcontinent. Dey, 94, died early this morning in a Bangalore hospital after a prolonged illness. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, in a message, said Dey would remain alive forever among music-loving people of the subcontinent.
