Delhi BJP chief challenges CM for public debate

Delhi BJP President Vijay Goel today challenged Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit for a public debate on the issue of governance ahead of the assembly elections in November.
Goel also raised a list of 15 questions on 15 years of the Congress government led by her.
