Rahul is capable of becoming PM: Oscar Fernandes

Joining the 'Rahul for PM' clamour in the Congress, Union Minister for Transport Road and Highways Oscar Fernandes today said that Rahul Gandhi had all the capabilities to become the prime minister.
"Rahul is a talented leader. He has all the capabilities to become prime minister," Fernandes said while responding to a question.
