NCW's response after meeting Shoma Chaudhury this afternoon, has not changed. The National Commission for Women said there has been a lapse and they were dissatisfied with Shoma Chaudhury's response in the Tehelka case. They said they were unhappy that Visakha guidelines were not followed. The NCW also wants an FIR to be filed against those who involved in vandalising Shoma's home.
