Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will address an election rally at Ramlila Maidan in Jaipur tomorrow.

Security has been beefed up in the city in view of the rally. The Prime Minister will address the public meeting at around 4 pm, he said. Assembly polls in Rajasthan are slated for December 1.
