Maoists on Tuesday claimed responsibility for the attack on
senior Congress leaders in Chhattisgarh that claimed 27 lives on
Saturday night.
The left-wing ultras claimed that the strike was in retaliation for the "atrocities" of the Salwa Judum.
Both the Congress and the BJP were equally responsible for "anti-people" policies in the region, said Maoists.
