Just in: The Law ministry has sent the anti-fixing bill draft to the Sports ministry.  Law minister Kapil Sibal will spell out outlines of the law he proposed earlier this week in response to the shocking disclosure of spot-fixing in IPL matches. Sources also said that Attorney General G E Vahanvati who had been asked for his opinion on whether the Centre can legislate on the issue of sports being the responsibility of states to gave his opinion to the government on Thursday.
