A correspondent from New Delhi says:  Sources are saying that the All India Congress Committee does not want to have a grand celebration of the 10th anniversary of the United Progressive Alliance government on May 22. The reasons being quoted are that the Congress is concerned that two more scams would be exposed around that time.
