A correspondent reports from Delhi: BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad and AIADMK Leader Dr V Maitreyan on Tuesday threatened to stall the proceedings of the Rajya Sabha if the government tried to push through either the Right to Food Bill or the Land Reforms Bill.
