The opposition stalls the Parliament again. Rajya Sabha has been adjourned till noon after the BJP raised a ruckus -- they want the PM, law minister Ashwani Kumar and rail minister Pawan Kumar Bansal to quit. Lok Sabha has just been adjourned as well.
