CBI can probe DA case against Mayawati: SC

The CBI can investigate the disproportionate assets case against BSP chief Mayawati if it wants to, the Supreme Court said on Wednesday while reacting to a review plea.
The CBI's power to probe a case against Mayawati has not been taken away by us, said the apex court.
