Why Andhra Congress leaders make Personal visits to Delhi

Our Delhi correspondent reports: Andhra Minister D L Ravindra Reddy today met Union Minister Vyalar Ravi in New Delhi to sort out the dual citizenship issue of his son-in-law.
Reddy refused to divulge details. Meanwhile Former PCC chief D Srinivas also met Congress leaders in Delhi. He too termed the visit as purely personal.
