CNN IBN reports: Air rescue operations on hold as fog engulfs helipad at Joshimath in Uttarakhand.

The Uttarakhand government has said that 3,000 people are still missing in the state. There are contradicting figures of those missing though as the NDMA says 344 people are missing and that close to 1,800 people are stranded.
