AFSPA revocation being discussed by PM, Omar: Rahul

The Jammu and Kashmir government's demand for the revocation of the controversial AFSPA is being discussed by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi said today.
"It is a discussion between the chief minister and the prime minister. It is not appropriate for me to make a statement," Gandhi told reporters.
