A correspondent in New Delhi reports: Congress President Sonia Gandhi was visibly upset and snubbed two general secretaries -- Mukul Wasnik and Gurudas Kamat -- who raised the Vidarbha issue during the party's working committee meeting on Wednesday that was discussing a resolution for the creation of Telangana state.
