Congress president Sonia Gandhi meets Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy over the Telangana statehood issue. Reddy spent much of the day at the Congress's war-room and met with leaders like Digvijaya Singh. Singh has said that the process of consultation was over and it was time to take a decision on Telangana.
