Will finish coal block scam probe in 4 months: CBI

The probe in the coal block allocation scam will be completed within four months, the CBI assured the Supreme Court on Thursday.
The apex court also questioned the Centre's power to allocate coal blocks,asking under what provisions minerals are allocated by the government.
