Newly-appointed BJP President Rajnath Singh and Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Sushma Swaraj will jointly address a rally at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi tomorrow, reports Onkar Singh.

Singh has requested party cadres from across country to attend the rally.
