The AICC is likely to propose a Telangana Regional Development Council. The draft will be discussed during the AICC session in Jaipur with the Andhra- Rayalaseema and Telangana regional leaders. 

AICC has entrusted Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde to sort out the issues with other regional leaders.
