Congress leaders get nicknames
January 12, 2013
Many Congress leaders have begun addressing their leaders with their initials and not their names. This is not new in the AICC-but this trend is catching up with junior leaders too.

CP (Congress President) refers to Sonia Gandhi, AP for Ahmed Patel. MO is Motital Vohra   When Cong leaders say JD it is not Janata Dal but Janardhan Diwedi.

Similarly, MSA is Mani Shankar Aiyer.   However, some letters are given special treatment. '10 J' refers to 10 Janpath and therefore given more importance.
