Brig JK Tiwari, Deputy General Officer Commanding 25 Div, speaking exclusively with TIMES NOW on the Pakistani army action on Line of Control in the Mendhar Sector in which two Indian soldiers were brutally killed and their bodies subjected to "barbaric and inhuman mutilation".

He says the attack was a well planned operation by Pakistan.
