PM Dr Manmohan Singh's appeal as the all-party meet ends ahead of the Budget session of Parliament tomorrow. "It is obligation of all political parties to ensure Parliament functions smoothly. We hope for a productive session, Parliament is forum for dialogue," says the PM.
