Oscar Pistorius returned to court today to find out if he can be freed on bail after he was charged with premeditated murder in the shooting death of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp. The prosecutor is Gerrie Nel, the defense lawyer is Barry Roux, while the Judge is Desmond Nair.
