Bharat bandh has little effect in Mumbai

At Linking Road and Turner Road in Bandra west, north-west Mumbai, there was visibly no bandh.
Autorickshaws, taxis and BEST buses were plying as usual, shops were beginning to open for the day, and office-goers could be seen rushing about on the roads.
