Jharkhand police arrest top Maoist leader

In a major success for the Jharkhand police, a top Maoist leader wanted in over 32 cases was arrested in the rebel hotbed region of Palamu district of the state.          
The top brass of the district police disclosed this to the media personnel at Daltonganj.        

One country made pistol, 25 bullets and Maoist literature were seized from the rebel leader, considered a key person in mobilising resource for the ultras.         

Superintendent of Police Anup T Mathew on Friday shared details of the rebel known as Yogesh alias BKG and said he was arrested during a raid from Kathaundha village.
