The Gujarat model is based on good governance and by being pro-people, says Modi. "We must use our resources to the full potential. We need to seize the opportuntiy to take charge. Gujarat has achieved this despite adversities: "Hamara to halaat yehi hai ki ak taraf registan (desert), dusri tarf Pakistan," he says.
