More trouble seems to be brewing for Supreme Court judge (retired) A K Ganguly, accused of sexually assaulting a law intern. Home ministry sources say that the cabinet has cleared a note to remove Ganguly as the chief of the West Bengal Human Rights Commission, according to a CNN-IBN report.

The note is expected to be cleared by the cabinet on Thursday.
