We are told that former IAS officer Uttam Khobragade, the father of Indian diplomat Devyani, is knocking at the doors of BJP leaders for a Lok Sabha ticket. Khobragade had a meeting with the senior BJP leader Gopinath Munde in Mumbai recently and flew to Delhi to meet some top BJP leaders to canvas for a Lok Sabha ticket in the 2014 Parliamentary elections.
