Veerappa Moily's first comments after he assumed charge as Environment and Forests minister. In a first from a partyman, Moily says Rahul Gandhi is the party's choice for PM candidate. He also said that Narendra Modi talked too much, but Congress was the one to deliver.  

The Congress has yet to officially name Rahul as the PM candidate. A Cong Parliamentary Party meeting next month is when the announcement is expected to be made.
