Diplomat row: US Secretary of State Kerry to speak with Khurshid

United States Secretary of State John Kerry is expected to meet with External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid later in the day on the Indian diplomat's arrest issue.
Khurshid told a TV news channel that he does not want to have a dialogue with the US on the issue through the media.
