The letter lists AAP's reservations of taking support from the BJP or the Congress and asks people to decide on whether it should form government after taking that into consideration. He says he is tired of hearing allegations that AAP was running away from responsibility. He said the party was in a position to implement its manifesto if it came to power. 

Mr Kejriwal seems to be down with a bad cough.
