Debate on the Lokpal Bill begins in Parliament. Samajwadi Party, which is opposing the Bill, has walked out of the House. SP leader Ram Gopal Yadav said that the Lokpal Bill will lead to no work. If the bill is passed officers will hesitate to work, he said and added that the bill assumes that only Lokpal is honest.
