Union minister and National Conference chief has earned himself a spot on Twitter trend with this comment. 

Speaking outside Parliament today, Farooq said that that rapes are increasing, and while he was not blaming women, it had become increasingly difficult to talk to women for fear of being jailed. "We would  hesitate to keep secretaries who are women,"  he said.

Last week, Samajwadi Party leader Naresh Agrawal had said that officers are "scared" to appoint women as their personal assistants after the passage of the bill to prevent sexual harassment of women at workplace.
