AP bifurcation: MPs threaten to resign on Monday

Four union ministers from Andhra Pradesh and seven Congress MPs on Monday will meet President Pranab Mukherjee to hand over letters withdrawing support to the UPA.
They will also request him to study the bill on bifurcation Andhra.
