So far, 17 per cent voting 11 am in Delhi. Sonia Gandhi, Sheila Dikshit, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka and Robert Vadra, AAP's Arvind Kejriwal, BJP's Dr Harsh Vardhan have already cast their votes.

Kapil Sibal has just cast his vote as well. He said the turnout was considerable, and urged people to vote for the right candidates.

Sheila Dikshit said earlier that she was confident and not nervous at all. She said it was the media who was calling it anti-incumbency. "I say it's pro-incumbency."
