The Opposition has long since staged a walkout from the Rajya Sabha.

The PM earlier also said that he was glad that the principal opposition recognises the need for consensus in the House, but their conduct in the House is otherwise.

"In which democracy is the Prime is not allowed to introduce his Council of Ministers? The conduct of the Parliament is a factor in investor confidence. Essential legislations should be passed," says the PM.
