MoS Home RPN Singh likely to make statement on the Kishtwar violence today. Speaking to the media outside Parliament, Singh said he had spoken to J-K chief minister Omar Abdullah and asked him to arrest the miscreants. He said the Centre is giving all support to the J-K government.
