Meanwhile, nine union ministers from Andhra Pradesh including HRD minister Pallam Raju and Textiles minister KS Rao have decided to submit their resignations on Tuesday in protest against the go-ahead for the formation of the Telangana state.

All nine ministers have held informal discussion inside Parliament. Rao has called for a meeting over dinner to get signatures of the nine ministers on their individual resignation letters.
