PC, Sibal, Moily pass the buck to Rajiv Shukla
August 06, 2013
Point to be noted in Parliament today. Senior Congress ministes Kapil Sibal, P Chidambaram and Veerappa Moily who were present in the Rajya Sabha today did not bother to defend the UPA when the opposition took up the matter of Pakistani and Chinese aggression and demanded the PM make a statement in the House. Junior minister Rajiv Shukla was left holding the baby.

There was marked confusion in treasury benches and none of the senior leaders present chose to make a statement. In fact, they were seen smiling at each other.
