The Central Bureau of Investigation will take Gujarat ADGP PP Pandey, chargesheeted in the Ishrat Jahan encounter case in custody, tonight, say sources.

The Gujarat IPS officer was given anticipatory bail by CBI court till July 31 in Ishrat Jahan encounter case.
