Corporate affairs minister Sachin Pilot introduces the Companies Bill, 2012, amidst din in the Rajya Sabha. P J Kurien, deputy chairman Rajya Sabha, points out that because of Ramzan many MPs may want to observe prayers and therefore the Companies Bill should be taken up for discussion tomorrow. Rajya Sabha has been adjourned for the day.
