No electricity in parts of quake-affected south-eastern Iran. Casualties in Iran are 40, though officials believe the toll will rise to at least a 100. In Pakistan, five deaths have been reported. India, fortunately, has remained untouched by the earthquake, both in terms of casualties and damage to property. Iran says this is the worst quake in 40 years.
