Obama signs order outlawing the Taliban

United States President Barack Obama has signed an Executive Order outlawing the Taliban in Afghanistan.
White House termed the step as a "simple and straightforward" move to end the war in Afghanistan.
Taliban militants have been given 30 days to surrender before facing prosecution.
