An another bomb blast: A boy was killed in a blast in Manipur's interior Thoubal district early this morning. The bomb allegedly planted by militants to attack security personnel went off at Nongpok Keithelmanbi area, killing a boy who was passing through the area. Militants also hurled grenades at the houses of some panchayat candidates in the area, but luckily they failed to explode.
