Meanwhile, Arvind Kejriwal's earlier target, BJP president Nitin Gadkari has arrived in Mumbai among much fanfare. On hand are at least 800 BJP supporters, a show of solidarity for the scam-tainted leader.
Addressing an impromptu meet, Gadkari says wrong allegations have been made against him. "There have been repeated attempts to malign me despite the fact that I have always worked for the welfare of the farmers of Maharashtra," he said.
Gadkari is set to address a massive rally in the city where he is expected to defend the corruption charges leveled against him.
