Castro makes public statement after over 4 months

To quash persistent rumours about his 'ill health', Cuban communist leader Fidel Castro has issued a public message, almost four months after his last appearance.   
Castro, 86, was last spotted in public in early April. 

Though his family members have often assured the public that the Cuban strongman's health is fine, many doubt this official version.
